Terms & conditions

I hereby confirm that I, as a partner to Holm Security, order the specified products and licenses, and will be charged for this end customer according to Holm Security's price list.

I confirm that the contract period and payment terms that apply to the customer also apply to us as partners and Holm Security (back-to-back principle).

All customers that are created have a 30-day notice period. If termination for the end customer has not taken place in time, I, as a partner, am responsible for payment to Holm Security. All contracts are renewed within the same period as the initial contract period.

Finally, I confirm that Holm Security will contact the end customer directly if I, as a partner, don't implement or support the end customer.

When Will the Security Center Account Be Available?

As soon as the Security Center account has been created or reactivated after a trial period has expired. This usually just takes a few days.

Where Do I Find Pricing?

How Will Invoicing Be Done?

Invoicing is done in relation to the activation of the account. The invoice is send by email.

Do I Need to Do Something Else?

No, as soon as we have received the order we will make sure the Security Center account is available.
